We are thrilled to share that Luminochem Kft has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 by SGS, a leading auditor and provider of certification, inspection, assurance, and training services. Our team, led by Dr. Katalin Neuróhr, Head of Quality Management, spent 10 months of improving and organizing to prepare our company for the 3-day company-wide audit, that included quality management system installation, a management system documentation review, pre-audit and internal audit training.
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications are important milestones in the company’s development, and it underlines our commitment to quality and the environment. As it stated in our quality policy: “In today’s world of rapid scientific and technological progress, security solution providers need the very best materials to make their products secure. Luminochem is dedicated to cooperating with its customers and establishing partnerships to provide efficient and reliable protection against the everchanging threats of the modern world.” To achieve our goals deliberately and systematically, we are operating, certifying, and constantly developing a management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, for which the management of Luminochem provides the appropriate resources.
The internal audit team had a significant role in the process, enhanced the efficiency of the operations, motivated employees to adhere to company policy, and allowed management to explore specific areas of its operations. The success of the internal audit has shown in the level of motivation and support of the employees. Due to the thorough work and high commitment of Fanni Szakos and Zsófia Varga, and the professional internal audit reports we were able to improve the operations, processes, or policies of the company to a level, that achieved a certification audit report without a single non-conformance.
